Marketing of electronic services has become an indispensable ingredient of school libraries. However, the education sector in Zambia does little in marketing electronic library services in secondary schools, and is still limping in its Internet infrastructure. Additionally, ineffective marketing of electronic library services lead to information users being unaware of what electronic services in order to access information in the easiest ways possible and for particular needs they may have. This research will therefore focus on determining the effectiveness of marketing electronic library services in the education schools. en_US
